"My Marketing Plan"

When you list your property with me, I will do the following:

  • Provide a professional property evaluation and market analysis.
  • List your property in our Multiple Listing Service with a full, detailed description, plus up to 45 photos taken with high resolution photography, as well as create a visual tour with panaramic view for prospective buyers.
  • List your property so that it receives the highest selling price in the shortest amount of time.
  • Hold one or more catered open house tours for REALTORS and to the public for all homes.
  • Prepare full-color brochures, prepared immediately for distribution, within 2 business days from the time of the listing to be mailed and placed on the home property.
  • Place a RE/MAX ACTION REALTY yard sign on your property, if acceptable to neighborhood, as well as directional pointers.
  • Place your home on www.BeaWalker.com, www.Realtor.com,www.BeaLeeWalker.com, www.Remax.com, www.GreenwoodShowcase.com, and all major search engines such as Zillow, Trulia, Google, and Frontdoor to name a few.

Create an ad of your property for The Real Estate Showcase book distributed in Greenwood and the surrounding areas.

  • Have available to you our recommended Home Warranty Protection Plan to avoid unexpected repairs and increase the chance of your property selling.
  • Show and promote property to all possible buyers.
  • Get feedback from all showings and relay to you in a timely manner.
  • Furnish any information needed about your property to any realtor or potential buyer at the time.
  • Review activity and adjust marketing if needed.
  • Present all offers and negotiate the highest possible selling price and best terms. Take care of all the details for you.
  • Coordinate closing attorney.
